Clonakilty double parks The Rambling Inn at Oak Haven

Ireland is internationally famed for its extraordinary whiskies and the country’s new wave of distillers continue to champion locally made spirits for the modern drinker.

Join Damian Cashman of Clonakilty Distillery for a seminar on the history of Irish Whiskey, the massive resurgence of Irish whiskey from near death in early 20thcentury to a world category leader and the new wave of craft distilleries now producing innovative cask finishes and boutique gins which embrace locally foraged Irish botanicals. The seminar will be held on board the Rambling Inn, a full walk-in Mobile Irish Pub which will be situated outside Oak Haven Table and Bar.

After the seminar we will be showcasing a cocktail building class featuring Minke Irish Gin and the Clonakilty Cask series and allowing you a sneak peak of the innovative New England Brewing Company and Clonakilty Distillery trans-Atlantic collaboration; “Fuzzy Baby Duck Cask Finish Irish Whiskey”
